E-commerce Operations Manager

Job Type:

On-site, Full-time job.

Reports To:

General Management/Executive Director

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Daily Operations Management:

- Overseeing the work of various departments (Customer Service, Logistics, Digital Marketing, Technical Team, Design, Content Writing, Data Entry, and Accounting) to ensure operational objectives are met.

- Directly managing the Customer Service, Logistics, Design, Content Writing, and Data Entry teams.

- Coordinating and following up with the Digital Marketing, Technical, and Accounting teams.

2. Product Development and Supply Chain Management:

- Researching trending and profitable products in the Gulf market and selecting suitable products to add to the website.

- Securing supply chains for the chosen products and ensuring their readiness to meet the project's strategy.

3. Pricing and Promotions:

- Developing pricing strategies based on market analysis and costs.

- Designing appropriate promotional offers and discounts for each period or season to boost sales.

4. Monitoring Marketing Campaigns:

- Monitoring the progress, expenditure, and results of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the relevant team.

5. Process and System Improvement:

- Working to enhance operational efficiency across different teams.

- Ensuring all operations align with quality standards and project objectives.

6. Financial Reporting:

- Monitoring financial reports and project cash flow in coordination with the relevant team.

7. Team Management:

- Guiding and supporting teams to achieve desired goals.

- Contributing to building a positive work culture and motivating teams to innovate and excel.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum years of experience 3+

- Proven experience in operations and team management, preferably in e-commerce.

- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and promotional management.

- Experience in data analysis and using insights for operational decisions.

- Excellent leadership and management skills.

- Ability to coordinate between teams and work under pressure.

- Speaking Arabic, Turkish and English.

- Strategic planning and process organization skills.

- Analytical skills for assessing team and operational performance.

- Proficiency in project management tools and digital technologies.

- High communication skills to foster positive relationships across departments.

Job Objective:

To ensure the management of all operational activities and coordination between teams to achieve the project's goals of increasing sales and enhancing its position in the Gulf market.
